Why Rats in the flat upstairs?
Hello, I live in a Victorian terrace house that has been converted into two. flats. I am in the top half. After hearing more of. strange noises I last saw it this morning mice. jumped out of my kitchen bin flatmates and I have seen one drop down below some of the main hall. How to me. Cause I have a point. rats in my flat? To the air without having to park strange. Help it is true that they are in the neighborhood of the flat below?
